May 2024 Concert Rehearsal dates

March 27, 2024 - music from previous concerts will be collected and all new music will be handed out. Read through what is possible in remaining time. Exact rehearsal order for each of the following dates to be announced later.

April 3, 2024
Collect sheet music from previous concerts, sight read both the Williams, Gershwin and Bernstein 

April 10, 2024
7 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Williams and Gershwin 8:15 to 9:30 -
Bernstein and Grofe 

April 17, 2024
Same as April 10 schedule 

April 24, 2024
Same as April 10 schedule 

May 1, 2024
Williams, Unger and Gershwin followed by Grofe and Bernstein 

May 8, 2024

Friday, May 17 at 7 PM: Dress rehearsal, Trinity United Methodist Church Los Osos. Concert order; Bernstein, Grofe break, Unger, Williams, Gershwin 

Saturday, May 18, 1 - 2:30 PM: Sound check, performance at 3 PM

Dress for men, all black, women all black with optional western themed skirts, blouses and boots (hats optional as long as people can see around or over you)
