The orchestra will be joined by the Allan Hancock College Singers, under the direction of Ann Lucas, to perform Vivaldi's Gloria. Keith Waibel, who has been in our clarinet section for sevearl years, is moving to the conductor's podium as our new musical director. This first concert of our 2008-2009 season will be performed at Grace Bible Church in Arroyo Grande.

As we take our summer break, we are busy preparing for our 2008-2009 season. We have a new musical director, Keith Waibel, who has been in our clarinet section for several years. Keith comes out of the woodwinds, and into the conductor's chair to bring the orchestra to a new exciting level.
We will be performing our first concert of the season with the Allan Hancock College Singers, under the direction of Ann Lucas. Brynn Albanese will be our soloist for a concert at the Clark Center on February 1. We will also have two more concerts in the Spring.
It promises to be an exciting season!
